・Products that have been formally ordered cannot be canceled or returned.
If you refuse to receive the product or return it without contacting us, or if you cancel or return the product after payment due to customer's convenience, we may charge the customer for the return shipping fee, settlement fee, etc. Thank you. Please note.

・Although we take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is defective, we will exchange or return the product. Necklaces, pendants, or chains that have parts attached to them can get tangled easily, so we recommend storing them in an extended state. Some jewelry is affected by humidity (moisture, etc.), so please avoid storing it in high temperature and humidity.
