・Free warranty range 

The following cases are not covered by the warranty.

(3) In the event of damage or other problems arising from shocks, drops, etc. that occur during transportation after the purchase of the Product, or in the event of injury or damage caused by the customer regardless of the warranty period.

(4) In the event of damage or other defects caused by external factors such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, wind and flood damage, other natural disasters, pollution, etc. 

・Products that have been formally ordered cannot be canceled or returned.
If you refuse to receive the product or return it without contacting us, or if you cancel or return the product after payment due to customer's convenience, we may charge the customer for the return shipping fee, settlement fee, etc. Thank you. Please note.

・Although we take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is defective, we will exchange or return the product.
